Who We Are

Our Story

At Legacy Learning Consulting, we believe learning should drive real change, not just deliver information. After 15 years in the learning and development field, our founder, Jason Schneider, saw a fundamental flaw in traditional training—organizations focused on simply delivering knowledge rather than designing experiences that truly change behaviors. Too often, learning efforts relied on passive content delivery, assuming transformation would follow. But real learning doesn’t happen that way.


Jason envisioned a better approach—one grounded in how people actually learn. He founded Legacy Learning Consulting to disrupt outdated learning models and create outcome-driven, behavior-shifting learning experiences that lead to measurable change in organizations. 


Today, we are a team of passionate instructional designers, LMS administrators, facilitators, and quality assurance specialists who partner with organizations to craft strategic learning solutions that go beyond theory to drive real-world results. Whether developing a learning strategy, designing immersive training, or optimizing learning technology, we ensure that every learning experience makes a lasting difference.
